- Free Shipping: via EMS for orders over £50 (15-25 business days after dispatch)
4.2 Delivery Areas
We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote locations. International customers are responsible for any customs fees.
4.3 Delivery Issues
You must inspect deliveries immediately. Report damaged or missing items within 48 hours to [email protected].
5. Returns & Refunds
5.1 Return Policy
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for items that are:
- In original, unused condition
- In original packaging with all accessories
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
5.2 Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety, these cannot be returned:
- Opened/used grips
- Special order ball machine parts
- Used protective equipment (ankle braces, elbow supports, eye protection)

- Refunds processed within 3-5 business days of receipt
Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is customer’s responsibility except for defective items.
