  • Standard Shipping (£12.95) – via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after dispatch)
  • Free Shipping – via EMS for orders over £50 (15-25 business days after dispatch)

Note for International Customers: We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote locations. Customs fees may apply in some countries and are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns & Exchanges

Eligibility Requirements

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • All types of grips (once opened or used)
  • Ball machine parts (special order components)
  • Personal protective equipment (ankle braces, elbow supports, eye protection that has been used)

  2. Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and an RMA number.
  3. Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all accessories.
