Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

  • In its original condition (unused, with tags if applicable)
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Grips (all types – once opened or used)
  • Ball Machine Parts (special order components)
  • Personal Protective Equipment (ankle braces, elbow supports, eye protection that has been used)

Return & Exchange Process

  1. Contact Us: Email [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with your request. Use our template below for faster processing.
  2. Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and an RMA number.
  3. Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all accessories.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our warehouse at:

  5. Receive Confirmation: We’ll email you when we receive and process your return.

Refund Information

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refund Processing: 3-5 business days
  • Refund Method: Original payment method (credit/debit card or PayPal)
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • International Customers: Refunds will be issued in GBP; currency conversion differences may occur

Exchange Process

For exchanges (size/color changes or different product):

Damaged or Defective Items
