Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:
- In its original condition (unused, with tags if applicable)
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Grips (all types – once opened or used)
- Ball Machine Parts (special order components)
- Personal Protective Equipment (ankle braces, elbow supports, eye protection that has been used)
Return & Exchange Process

- Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and an RMA number.
- Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all accessories.

Refund Information
Once your return is received and inspected:

Exchange Process
For exchanges (size/color changes or different product):

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
